Travioor proposes a simple way to organize trips that involve multiple origins and the same destination for all participants. In addition to developing a flight search engine according to the company's idea, we focused on the content and structure of the product on the inspiration of users to make decisions when choosing a trip, creating a blog and content for social networks focused on the travel experience. To find the needs of the users, interviews were conducted with potential users as well as different testing dynamics, the most significant was the Design Week that made us reconsider the focus of the product based on user feedback.

Appsamblea is a start-up that offers online voting. At the time of their contact, they were confident in their product idea and the growing demand for this service in the market.
The aim was to develop a product that, despite its internal complexity, would be simple and secure for those who had to organise a vote and for those who had to vote.

The BBK Foundation aimed to exhibit all the actions they carry out that have a deep social value on its website. The content of the portal is many and varied and the challenge was to convey to users both the information necessary to be up to date with the actions carried out by the foundation, as well as access to documentation, agenda of events, etc. At the Unexpendables team, we carried out the necessary research to place the foundation in the right context to develop the project. Once the common thread of the information to be displayed was defined, we moved on to the definition of AI that allowed us to organize the content according to the users who were going to consume it.

Retabet is a very broad product, with several platforms that we have been homogenizing over time. The amount of content we handle necessitates proper management, structures, and special care in information architecture for users to find what they need naturally and intuitively. To enhance the user experience, we also monitor the use of the product to enhance current functions or uncover new ones. And to ensure smooth and fast navigation, we aim to improve the internal processes of the product.

In 2017, together with Oihana Alberdi, we created The UX Garage. A space to share and learn about the User Experience.
Because the UX encompasses an infinite number of techniques, dynamics, and methodologies, we must work on understanding them by using them. At The UX Garage, we arrange workshops led by professionals in the area of digital product design and creation. We learn not only theory, but also apply it to real-life examples to gain a better understanding.
This non-profit space is intended to create a community of digital product design professionals.
UX/UI Design Content creation Education Workshops
As part of good knowledge sharing practices, I was given the chance to teach a course on Usability and UX/UI Design. In it, we took a tour of Design Thinking, which is one of the processes where the interaction and intersection between both specialties is most clearly seen. We applied the theory to a project that the students developed throughout the course. Thanks to the course's delivery, I was able to create a program that includes basic theory and tools for designing a digital product that is focused on the user.
Brand Identity design: Logo, cards, packaging, etc.
Publicity campaigns in press, radio, television and cinema ads, etc.
Book and magazine design, Cover design.
Educational infographies, icons and graphics development.
Editorial, brand identity and web graphics.
UX, Interaction Design, Visual Design, UI, Testing, Data Analysis, etc.
Product Designer \ UX \ UI
After more than 20 years of working in design, I have been focusing on designing user-centric digital products for the past nine years.
My experience includes working with start-ups, consulting, and in-house products, with the objective of solving complex communication problems and delivering users with the best possible experience.
These are the aspects that are important to me when I am working:
First things first
When we start to create a digital product, there is very important prior work, essential for the success of the final product.
This preliminary work consists of researching the context in which our product is going to be developed (the market, the competition, potential users, etc.). It is also essential to try to understand the real needs of our users in order to define effective solutions. When it comes to defining everything obtained in the research, we have at our disposal numerous tools that can help us define archetypes (personas), the information architecture from which we can extract the site map, etc. These tools range from conducting personal interviews with users to empathy maps, card sorting, treeJack test, etc.
Developing the product
The secret of a good product lies in good cohesion between disciplines, since all aspects of the product are important and if they are properly articulated, when they reach the end user, it is noticeable.
This is why I like to work in multidisciplinary teams, in which all the areas involved in the creation of a digital product (marketing, stakeholders, design, development, etc.) are aligned on the objective to be met.
The visible and the invisible
Just as the appearance of a digital product is important to be attractive to users, the systems that allow the interface to work are also important, since for a good user experience, in addition to having the appropriate architecture and aesthetics, the system has to meet the immediacy of response that the user expects when using the product. Therefore, we must take care of both what is seen and what is not seen. In fact, system optimization is one of my favorite tasks when working on improving a digital product. Once again, without a multidisciplinary team, it would be very difficult to carry out.
